I was fully aware that Sunday (06 Oct) is coming and Dusshera is on tuesday.Thinking to get enough rest for myself and doing home chorus. But wait a minute why i am planning to go office on Monday?
If i will take monday off then i will get 3 days off. I started planning where i can visit in these three days on short notice. I start seeking permission from my parents and my mom told me that you cannot go on Sunday because Ashtami pooja is there on Sunday. So technically i cannot go on Sunday. I left with only 2 days i.e monday and tuesday. Keeping in this mind i chosen "Kasauli" this time.
I started planning for Kasauli. Serviced my bullet on sunday and booked hotel via OYO and i was ready to go.
On Monday, Completing all my duties and house work i left for kasauli @ 11:30 Am on monday from panchkula. It took me around 90 Mins to reached my hotel which located at Barog.
After taking rest for 90 mins more i left for Kasauli which was 20 km away from my hotel.
Reached Kasauli at 3:30 pm and straight away headed to Monkey point. Manki point closed at 4:30 Pm. Indian Air Force manage this place they do not allow entry after 4:30 Pm. Unfortunately Manki Point was closed due to some reason for some days.
Then i again came to mall road to eat something.There were lots of Chinese and other snacks available in decent cost. I choose Cafe Mantra as it was looking good and decent ambience.
After having Veg Grilled Sandwich ( Rs 120/-) we headed to Sunset Point. You can take your bikes and cars till the Army check post after that you need to walk.
We went to sunset point & Gilbert trail. I really felt close to nature by this time. Clouds were around me. I spent 2 hours over there and came back to check post to have a cup of tea. You can also buy some of the Army accessories from Army souvenir store near check post.
